Shipping (Domestic)

With the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are following the recommendations of the CDC. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS first class shipping and have a tracking number. Orders are processed and out the door within 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from Georgia. Prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location within the United States. Also, please add any extra delivery instructions to the comment section of your order. Contact us at if you have any shipping questions. 

Shipping (International)  

Yes our pins have gone international! Please note that import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the price. These charges are set by the destination country, so you may or may not be charged. Most of our packages have not been charged. However, please check with your local customs office to verify. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our pins as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly exchange it or issue a store credit; refunds are not available. All you have to do is include a copy of the receipt/invoice/shipping package, please explain reason for exchange, and send us the item you wish to exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.

Before exchanging any items, please note: 

  • Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. 
  • Items must be in their original condition. 
  • Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
  • Please allow up to 15 business days to process an exchange.
